Apple cinnamon muffin

I wanna share this simple apple cinnamon muffin recipe...

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Stir together 1 1/2 cup flour, 3/4 cup sugar, salt, baking powder and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Mix in oil, egg and milk. Fold in apples. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.

First time

Yay! I baked muffin yesterday! That was my first time that I bake...It was so fun...

And I thought it turns out good...

Now I already learned how to bake, I am now enjoying it!

one piece was missing because my husband ate it!!!
