1 teaspoon vanilla
one 9-inch graham cracker crust
Procedures:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Pour into crust and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from the oven and let cool.
4. Chill for at least 4 hours or up to two days before serving. Top with fruit topping, whipped cream or you can just eat plain.
I used cherries as topping.
Tip: When the cheesecake has finished cooking turn off the oven and open the oven door, but don't remove the cake. Let it sit in the oven for 15 minutes before removing and putting on a cooling rack.

Pursuit of Happiness
We are all have different goals in life but there one common goal for everyone. It is the goal to become happy.
Some people spends a lot of money in shopping, buying shoes and clothes, jewelries and that makes them happy. They think that money itself makes them happy. There are people who are just living in a simple life with their family. They think that the family makes them happy. And there are also people that long for a perfect relationship. Some wants a perfect body figure, perfect skin color, big houses, expensive cars and they think that all these things is their source of happiness.
Yes, I do believe that these things will make people happy but do you think that it is the real happiness that we’re looking for? For me, these are temporary. It will not last. It is fake. It is artificial. Many times we are concentrating on our goal and we didn’t realize that this is not happiness that we want. A happiness that will last forever.
Are you truly happy? Do you know what it means to be really happy and do you know how to achieve the true happiness? These are also the questions that I am asking to myself. Did you ask yourself these questions too? I live my life to maintain my own happiness. I can say that I already achieve the true happiness. I also tried my best not to cause unhappiness to anyone else. I am living my life to the fullest. I have a wonderful family. I have wonderful friends. I have wonderful husband. These are people that makes e happy. A happiness that cannot be replaced by material things. A happiness which is not temporary.
If you want to happy, you need to understand that you deserve happiness. There are people believes that they don’t deserve it and made a mistake of living to the unhappiness state and accept it as their destiny. No! That is not true! Everybody deserves to be happy. It is our attitude that makes us happy or unhappy. We meet obstacles, pains and problems everyday but we can choose to refuse to think of them instead, relish the happy moments. Happy moments like when you are with your family, when you proposed to your girlfriend and she said yes, vacation with friends, and other happy thoughts. All of us are constantly going through various situations and circumstances. We should not let these things influence our goal to happiness. I admit that there are times that I am down nut I didn’t let it defeat me. I choose to overcome it. We can choose to be happy nd we can do a lot to add happiness to our lives.
When something goes wrong try to figure out a solution instead of wallowing in self pity. Truly happy people don’t allow set backs to affect their mood because they know that with a little thought they can turn the circumstances back to their favor. Spend a few minutes each day thinking about the things that make you happy. These few minutes will give you the opportunity to focus on the positive things in your life and will lead you to continued happiness. Watch your thoughts. Whenever you catch yourself thinking negative thoughts, start thinking of pleasant things. Think positive! It’s also important to take some time each day to do something nice for yourself. Whether you treat yourself to lunch, take a long, relaxing bath or simply spend a few extra minutes on your appearance you will be subconsciously putting yourself in a better mood. Finding the humor in situations can also lead to happiness. While there are times that require you to be serious, when it is appropriate, find a way to make light of a situation that would otherwise make you unhappy. When you make someone happy, you become happy, and then people try to make you happy.
It is also important to understand that you deserve happiness. Those who believe that they are not worthy of happiness may subconsciously sabotage their efforts to achieve happiness. If necessary, tell yourself each day that you deserve to be happy and remind yourself what steps you will take to achieve the happiness you desire.
If you want to be happy, be. - Leo Tolstoy

The Wonders of God's Creation
Genesis 1:1-2
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
Genesis 1:3-5
And God said, "Let there be light," and there was light. God saw that the light was good, and He separated the light from the darkness. God called the light "day," and the darkness he called "night." And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
Genesis 1:6-8
And God said, "Let there be an expanse between the waters to separate water from water." So God made the expanse and separated the water under the expanse from the water above it. And it was so. God called the expanse "sky." And there was evening, and there was morning—the second day.
Genesis 1:9-13
And God said, "Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear." And it was so. God called the dry ground "land," and the gathered waters he called "seas." And God saw that it was good. Then God said, "Let the land produce vegetation: seed-bearing plants and trees on the land that bear fruit with seed in it, according to their various kinds." And it was so. The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the third day.
Genesis 1:14-19
And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.
Genesis 1:20-23
And God said, "Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the expanse of the sky." So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living and moving thing with which the water teems, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. God blessed them and said, "Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth." And there was evening, and there was morning—the fifth day.
Genesis 1:24-25
And God said, "Let the land produce living creatures according to their kinds: livestock, creatures that move along the ground, and wild animals, each according to its kind." And it was so. God made the wild animals according to their kinds, the livestock according to their kinds, and all the creatures that move along the ground according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good.
Genesis 1:26-27
Then God said, "Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground." So God created man in his own image, in the image of God he created him; male and female he created them.
Genesis 2:2-3
By the seventh day God had finished the work he had been doing; so on the seventh day he rested from all his work. And God blessed the seventh day and made it holy, because on it he rested from all the work of creating that he had done.
Genesis 2:7-8
the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life, and the man became a living being. Now the LORD God had planted a garden in the east, in Eden; and there he put the man he had formed.
